How often should I get my house windows cleaned?

Most residencial clients require their windows cleaned every 3 - 4 months. However, this can vary depending on many factors, such as traffic pollution, if the house is near the beach and is affected by salt spray, or if there are a lot of little children or pets putting dirty hands or paws on the glass, etc.

How much does it cost?

The price for window cleaning depends on the amount and difficulty of the windows. Given that few jobs are the same, our window cleaners are prepared to come to your home or office free of charge to give you a competitive quote - obligation free. Alternatively, provide a detailed description on the 'Contact Us' page.

How do you accept payment?

You can pay the window cleaner when he comes to do the job either by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

How do you access high windows?

It depends on the design of the building and windows. Often we can clean the outsides from the inside. Sometimes the window pops out, other times they slide enough to be able to reach both sides from inside. We also use poles and extension ladders. We have attained the ‘Work Safely at Heights’ (MNMG237A) qualification and are Operational Health and Safety (OH & S) certified. Above all, we use common sense to remain completely safe at all times.

Do you clean after building work?

Yes. We understand that great care needs to be taken to avoid scratching the glass. This window cleaning work is best left to the professionals!

What about the level 3 mandatory water restrictions now in place in Sydney?

We have the appropriate business exemption permits issued by Sydney Water, which allows water use on hard surfaces.
